All commercial benches come with a five-year structural warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Weather-related wear is excluded from coverage. Extended warranty options are available upon request.

Shipping options vary by product and order size. Quick-ship items are available on select products, and shipment verification includes tracking details when your order ships. Depending on the order, delivery may be curbside by common carrier, with optional services such as liftgate delivery, residential delivery, or call-ahead service available for an additional charge. Larger orders may ship LTL freight.
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the product. Items must remain in original packaging and be unassembled to qualify, and photos of each piece are required before pickup is scheduled. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including the original freight charges. Credits are issued after the returned items are inspected.
Kay Park products are backed by a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship, excluding labor, transportation, vandalism, misuse, and acts of God. Warranty claims must be submitted within one year and include the original invoice or invoice number. Wood products are not covered for natural weather-related changes such as fading, checking, twisting, splitting, warping, or splintering.
