Description
We build the “CJ” frame with 1 5/8 inch O.D. 11 gauge tube. We bend the legs to provide a base with an extra-wide design so that it is more tip resistant. The welded frame gives it more rigidity. Top and seat cleats are 2 x 2 x 3/16 inch steel angles. Center cleat is 1 1/2 x 1/2 inch steel channel which provides level top and sturdier attachment of the 1 5/16 inch Galvanized cross braces.
We use the highest quality recycled plastic planks. Additionally, we insert the steel reinforcing inside the planks so there is nothing extra below the table top.
