Description
We build the “J2” series frame with 2 3/8 inch O.D, 11 gauge pipe. We bend the legs to provide a base with an extra-wide design so that it is more tip resistant. The welded frame gives it more rigidity. In addition, we use top and seat cleats that are 3 x 2 x 3/16 inch steel angles for extra strength. Center cleat holds top level and the 1 5/16 inch O.D. cross braces stabilize this extra heavy frame.
We use a convenient walk-thru design that is combined with welded rigidity can stand up to rough use.
For an economical choice, we use 2″ x 10″ wood planks that are L3 pressure treated, No. 1 grade.
